Bonus Optical Illusions
Did you see the two faces, and the vase of flowers? It is alot easier when there is more contrast. With the black on black, there is no focus to the picture, and so it is unclear what you should be looking at, with the black and white version, you can very clearly see one of the pictures, and then see the other, by looking at the inverse picture.
There are two very distinct people in the image below. Did you see them both? One of them is an indian, although you can only see his head looking towards the left. The hook nose, the square chin, and the indian tribal headpiece. The other person is the eskimo. This person is looking towards the back right of the picture, so we see him from behind. You can see his coat with the trim of fur around the edge, plus his glove on the right hand. You can also see his feet as he enters what looks like a cave of darkness.
Isn't it amazing how your eyes can trick our brain into seeing something completely different.
